Position Overview

A brief look at all AGQ positions being offered for 2026.

2025 Pay Scale. You’ll be able to see the Base Pay, Leadership Category, and Leadership Level for each position, as well as additional boost and certification bonuses you may be eligible for. Years of service will be determined by the number of full summers served in resident youth camp programming.

The 2026 pay scale will be available as soon as yearly budgets are approved.

Camp AGQ Land Acknowledgement

It is important for us to acknowledge that our camp is situated on Odawa and Anishinabewaki tribal homelands and that those of us who are not indigenous to the region are guests there. We are committed to developing relationships and collaborating with indigenous peoples in the surrounding areas in order to honor and respect their living legacies. We are grateful for the opportunities that this beautiful region offers our program participants.
