WHO ARE OUR SEASONAL STAFF?
Our seasonal staff are the heart of the AGQ summer camp experience. Many are former AGQ campers who truly understand our mission, values, and how to make the summer fun! These essential team members play a key role in creating the magic that thousands of campers over the past 100 years have come to know and love.
They are the role models and supervisors for campers, ensuring camper physical and emotional well-being, and leading a range of activities from sailing and stories to breakfast and beyond. Their dedication creates the special camp magic that generations of campers cherish.
HOW WE HIRE
All Seasonal Staff Members go through a intensive interview process that covers their experience working with children, decision making skills, and their approach to being a positive member of our camp community. Every staff that works at camp must pass a background check and have positive references.
