Our Staff

These essential team members play a key role in creating the magic that thousands of campers over the past 100 years have come to know and love. Former campers often return to work at camp and give back to the place they loved growing up. While some of our staff are camp alums, you do not have to be a former camper to understand our mission, values, and how to make the summer fun!

 

Staff are role models and supervisors for campers, ensuring camper physical and emotional well-being, and leading a range of activities from sailing and stories to breakfast and beyond. Their dedication creates the special camp magic that generations of campers cherish.

 

All Seasonal Staff Members go through a intensive interview process that covers their experience working with children, decision making skills, and their approach to being a positive member of our camp community. Every staff that works at camp must pass a background check and have positive references.
