Junior Staff, commonly referred to as “J-Staff,” work for half of the summer season under the guidance of a senior counselor, leading a group of 8-12 campers.

The program focuses on refining skills acquired in the Counselor-in-Training (CIT) program, while also preparing for future roles as full-summer staff members. The daily tasks and responsibilities of J-Staff are a scaled-down version of those performed by full-summer staff.

J-Staff engage in a variety of exciting daily tasks and responsibilities tailored to help them grow essential leadership skills and develop meaningful connections with campers and senior staff.
